Dustin is our resident HeJumper – spreading SheJumps stoke and rallying support. Tasked with managing our online community, the SheJumps Clubhouse, Dustin is often the welcome party for many women first finding our organization! “I got involved with SheJumps because I loved the idea of getting more women and girls involved in the outdoors. Both of my parents instilled a love for the outdoors in my brother and me from a young age. I grew up ski racing and raced with alongside some amazing female skiers, but when I watched ski films, I noticed that very few and sometimes no women were showcased in the film. I feel that SheJumps has changed and will continue to change the trend of underrepresentation of women in the outdoors.”

Dustin has east coast roots – growing up in upstate New York and attending Siena College. He studied sociology and Spanish, and was involved in a number of social justice initiatives on campus. Upon graduating in 2014, Dustin set his sights for the west. He now hails in Sedona, AZ where he works at a bike shop – spreading the stoke for mountain and road biking one person at a time! When he’s not hard at work for SheJumps or at the shop, you can find Dustin biking, trail running, or immersing himself in travel and photography.
