Lauren is a mountain town Mama landed in the Tetons from the Green Mountains of Vermont. Like any professional mountain town gal, she’s got a bag full of tricks to make ‘livin’ the dream’ a reality and isn’t afraid to use them. When not working for She Jumps, this teacher, coach, instructor, wine consultant, ambassador, cook, wife, and mom wears a plethora of uniforms.

Lauren holds a Master’s in Education, but left the walls of the classroom to share her enthusiasm for learning and teaching with people of all ages in the mountains. In the winter, she can be found sharing her passion for sliding on snow as a PSIA Ski Instructor and coach while promoting freeride skis made right in her backyard by Sego Ski Co. Once the snow melts, Lauren chases ‘brown pow’ on Teton singletrack and runs the Mountain Bike School at Grand Targhee Resort where she serves as an instructor, coach, and trail ambassador.

Lauren recently joined SheJumps, “to get little girls, big girls, young women, old women, and women in between from all abilities and walks of life into the outdoors and sharing this beautiful life in the mountains that some of us are fortunate enough to live.” She strives to spread the stoke daily and believes in the contagious nature of positive energy.

“Don’t take yourself too seriously and allow yourself the space to take risks, make mistakes, process your weaknesses and strengths…most importantly ENJOY yourself, have fun, and then count the days/hours until you get to do it again.”
