I'm re-inventing myself. Have you ever thought of doing that? Think of the possibilities ... you could be anyone, do anything, be the master of the universe. It's doable! There are no excuses for being bored in a job, going through the motions, living like, as my friend just put it, a dead fish (not limp, dead).
When I play the manifest game, or envision the craziest of dreams, things start happening. Opportunities arise as easy as saying "I'm grateful now that ... (and then insert a dream but you have to believe that you've attained it) I made the U.S. Bobsled Team and I'm going to the Olympics."
In my life, I've recently been blessed in two ways. At 27, I got invited to try out for the U.S. Bobsled Team. And I figured out how to make a long-time goal of flying airplanes into reality, into a career (post bobsled, of course). What fun new adventures!
So I'm re-inventing myself. I want to mix it up. I'm on a new path: ski journalist to athlete to pilot. Crazy? Maybe, but no one is ever going to hear me say, "I wished I had done that ... "
