Kate is an artist, teacher, and outdoor enthusiast living, working, and exploring in Ketchum, Idaho. She finds inspiration for her art in nature and loves to play outside while exploring the incredible landscapes of our beautiful country. Kate's outdoor pursuits evolved after moving west from Ohio. Now in addition to sailing, skiing, and snowboarding she also enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, rafting, hiking, and backpacking.
As a lone girl growing up in a family of boys, Kim has always sought out female adventure buddies. She now spends her days raising her family, playing outside, and spreading high fives all around the land.
A former swimmer born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley by a couple of ski bums who met while living at Alta. Now completing the journey back to the mountains, Jen can be found skiing or running, climbing, and hiking in the mountains while waiting for ski season.
Leesa is a native Californian who grew up as a competitive figure skater & skiing with her family at China Peak. She spent her 20’s transferring colleges & chasing powder around Utah & Idaho. Finally getting a BA in Sociology from BSU & settling in McCall, Idaho where she has worked for past 18 years at Brundage Mtn Resort as the event coordinator & as a figure skating & hockey coach. She is an avid skier, mtn biker, hockey player, and still skates professionally in ice shows.
Originally from the small town of John Day, OR, Megan grew up visiting McCall with her parents and three sisters to ski at Brundage Mountain Resort. After completing her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry at The College of Idaho, Megan moved to McCall to be closer to the mountain lifestyle that she grew up with and continue to grow her love of skiing.
As a ski patroller, a passionate rider of all kinds of bikes and general lover of the outdoors, Nicole has a strong desire to share her enthusiasm for learning and recreating outside. She loves pushing boundaries and limits and hopes to instill the courage in other women to do the same.
Kristen is a native of Washington, growing up in Spokane and going to college in Bellingham. Now settled in Boise, she loves what Idaho has to offer. Open to trying (and hopefully somewhat succeeding in) all sorts of activities, she's happiest on the ski slopes and hiking trails.
Jennifer is a SoCal native and mom of 3 girls who made her way to Idaho so she could have more access to the activities she loves. She enjoys skiing/boarding in the winter and hiking, rockclimbing, canyoneering,and kayaking in the warmer months.
Madeleine is a Boise resident and Northwest transplant by way of good ole’ Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After moving to the Northwest for college, she was immediately HOOKED on the outdoors as soon as she was introduced to it — rock climbing, snowboarding, rafting and more. You name it, she wanted to try it! You can always find her outside with her pup, Penny.
Emily is originally from Northern California, Santa Rosa to be exact, where I grew up surrounded by animals, orchards and trips to the coast for some surf. She chased the west coast surf for a few years until I falling in love with Utah's mountains and have been here since. She loves snowboarding, mountain biking, backpacking, open water swimming, climbing, paddleboarding, surfing, camping and the list goes on.
Nina grew up skiing, hiking and spending time in the mountains and on the water in Norway. After nearly a decade in the North East for college (PA) and her first couple jobs (NYC), she felt the draw of big mountains and access to nature and relocated to SLC. As a freelance commercial producer Nina has time to focus on skiing, trail running, mtn biking, traveling exploring both locally and around the world between projects.
My outdoor pursuits include equine endurance racing and show jumping, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, and the backcountry in general. When not on a horse, a bike or skis, you’ll find me in front of a computer or on a jobsite following my other passion, Architecture.
Leandra's talents include telling dad jokes and blowing snot rockets, and she loves human powered adventures. Her goals include spending 100+ days a year in ski boots and not falling off her mountain bike, and is getting a little closer to meeting them every year.
