"K2 Skis is proud to support the SheJumps Snowpack Scholarship Program. As an established brand, it’s our responsibility to put our money where our mouth is and help fight for representation in the outdoor industry. We stand with SheJumps’ mission to provide education and resources that help get Women, Women of Color, and people who identify as Non-Binary and Trans into the outdoors. Skiing is for everyone, and we are thrilled to help people safely experience the magic of backcountry."

Northwest Avalanche Center (NWAC) has been a big supporter of Snowpack Scholarship program, enabling our ability to continue to expand the program through providing course leaders and curriculum support.

NWAC created a Women’s Mentorship Program which aims to support aspiring female-identifying avalanche professionals by providing concrete pathways to working in the industry.
