MOUNTAIN ACCESS PROGRAM

SheJumps x Ikon Pass Mountain Access Program

Building a community of belonging.

Formerly known as the Ikon Pass Scholarship, the SheJumps x Ikon Pass Mountain Access Program breaks down barriers to skiing and snowboarding by providing resources, lessons, and community support for women who want to experience the joy of the mountains but have historically faced barriers accessing snowsports.

This program is made possible through the generous support of Ikon Pass, Christy Sports, and Nordica.

Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion is an integral part of the SheJumps mission to increase the participation of all women and girls in outdoor activities. SheJumps acknowledges the historic exclusion of women, and specifically Black, Indigenous, Women of Color, to outdoor spaces. Our SheJumps x Ikon Pass Mountain Access Program addresses these systems of inequity by generating opportunities for adventure, community-building, and connection through skiing and snowboarding at Ikon Pass destinations and in conjunction with the SheJumps community.

Who Can Apply
The program is open to women and non-binary people of all races and ethnicities aged 18+. It is designed to support women who have historically faced barriers to participating in snowsports, creating more opportunities for belonging in the mountains.

Each program participant will receive:

An Ikon Pass
A half-day ski or snowboard lesson at select Ikon destinations
A full-day rental through Ski Butlers or a destination partner.
Additional gear will be provided by Christy Sports and Nordica, ensuring that participants have boots and skis or a snowboard to use for the entire season.
