Strategic Plan 2025-2028

The future is bright with possibility. With the support of our community, SheJumps will keep expanding access, nurturing leaders, and building a movement that transforms lives through the power of the outdoors.

A Letter from SheJumps Executive Director

Our legacy to increase the participation of women and girls in outdoor activities began in 2007 with our first event when 14 women climbed the Grand Teton (the largest group of women to that date). A sentiment of "If she can do it, so can I." has been an anchor point for SheJumps since.

We are at a critical juncture for growth and expansion and our three-year strategic plan sets the roadmap for what is possible in regards to meaningful impact and furthering our mission.

Our new Strategic Plan is a community-driven roadmap shaped by staff, board, volunteers, and survey input. The plan commits us to deepening impact, increasing access, and investing in leadership across our community.

Join us as we embark on a fresh journey to spark joy into more communities through outdoor play that transforms.

We Dream. We Jump. We Grow. Together.

Forward Thinking

This 3-year-view of the organization is based on current resources, but since our mascot is a Girafficorn—we also have a little magic sprinkled in there.

Please make a contribution today to accelerate our mission.
