We’re excited to welcome Jaine to the SheJumps Board of Directors, where their leadership and experience will support our mission to build belonging for women and girls in the outdoors.

Jaine is a problem solver at heart and a people person by nature. With over 18 years of experience in customer engagement, loyalty strategy, and operational leadership, she has helped Fortune 500 companies in retail and healthcare tackle complex business challenges, most recently as Director of Loyalty Strategy & Innovation at CVS Health. She has built a career around driving growth, deepening customer loyalty, and creating meaningful impact, but what she values most are the relationships she has formed along the way.
She grew up biking, hiking, camping, snowboarding, practicing martial arts, and playing volleyball. These days, she finds joy in long walks with her two rescue pups (her “boys”), sneaking in a hike when she can, or soaking up every last bit of sunshine on the water during the summer. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and one very chill turtle. She is excited to bring her strategic mindset, creative problem-solving, and deep belief in the power of community to the SheJumps board.
Q: Why did you join SheJumps as a board member?
A: I was inspired to join by another Board member and am passionate about SheJump’s mission to empower women and inspire confidence and growth through the great outdoors.
Q: What goal of the SheJumps Strategic Plan is the most important to you?
A: “Design program structure to support skill-building, confidence-building, and community-building.”
Q: What do you hope to contribute to the SheJumps Board of Directors?
A: I hope to bring fresh ideas, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to help SheJumps grow its impact. I love solving problems and connecting the dots, and I’m excited to support the team in a way that stays true to the mission and builds community along the way.
Q: What is your vision for SheJumps?
A: I’d love to see SheJumps have a broader footprint to help more girls and women build confidence and grow through outdoor activities, trying new things, and pushing themselves in ways they never thought they could.
Q: How has the outdoors benefited your health and overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being?
A: Ironically, I rarely left my house (specifically my home office) while working remotely. It negatively impacted me both mentally and physically–I felt isolated and unmotivated. Getting myself back outdoors has boosted my mood, mental state, and self-confidence. It literally makes me feel alive.
Thanks, Jaine!
SheJumps does external recruitment for our board of directors at least every three years. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when that happens!
