Michaela Fooksa
DENVER/BOULDER, COLORADO
Originally from Boston, Michaela has lived in Tahoe, Vermont, and Idaho before settling in Boulder. An enthusiastic trail runner and skier, she doesn’t claim to be the fastest or the most technical—but she loves the adventure. With a background in teaching at an outdoor-focused high school, she is passionate about making the outdoors more accessible to all. When she’s not hiking, backpacking, skiing, or climbing, you’ll likely find her practicing yoga or lost in a good book.

Emily Chin
CALIFORNIA
Emily grew up in the Bay Area, spent some time in Seattle, and has been hooked on the outdoors since day one. Skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, camping—you name it, she's all about it. Whether chasing fresh powder, flying down a trail on two wheels, scaling rock faces, or sleeping under the stars, she's happiest outside!

Rebecca Lomnicky
CALIFORNIA
Rebecca grew up in Oregon where she spent summers hiking and camping with her family. As a musician and ethnomusicologist now based in the California Bay Area, she has traveled extensively and studied music and culture from around the world. Whether she is visiting a bustling city or traversing a mountain range on a remote trail, Rebecca enjoys running and hiking outdoors, and is always up for an adventure.

Chelsea Wilde
PUYALLUP, WA
Born and raised near Detroit, Michigan, Chel is an expert snowboarder, not-so-expert surfer, and life-long recording musician (search her full name "Chelsea Wilde" in any music streaming service to hear her recent tunes). She has been living in the PNW and leading women's adventure sports meetups for 15 years now and is super excited to continue through the She Jumps + Shred-It Sisters monthly mountain meetups at Crystal Mountain this season. She's most passionate about helping people make friends on the mountain and level-up their confidence.

Clara Colton Symmes
BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON
If you were looking for Clara at a party, you would probably find her by the trash and recycling bins, helping people sort their waste. Or maybe belting out The Climb if there is karaoke happening. Or maybe both at the same time! Her ability to balance multiple tasks at once is what makes her such a great event coordinator (which also happens to be her day job).
When she's not working, you can find her planning trips for herself or friends, skiing or thinking of skiing, or lying in the grass watching an ant crawl around on a dandilion!
