Over the course of an hour and a half, rep Mitch Conner demoed the step-by-step process of how to tune your favourite sliding apparatus. He explained the different stoning tools and methods, the various degrees you can get your gear sharpened at, the Dos and Don’ts for using tuning tools
A huge thank you to SOUL SKI AND BIKE in Banff, Alberta for hosting our first Outdoor Education event of the year! We had 16 women packed into Soul Ski and Bike on May 29th for a maintenance clinic. Lots of preventative tips were shared, also, handy things like how to fix a flat tire, a broken chain, adjust brakes, and generally how to keep your local bike mechanic out of work!
