If this season hasn’t felt as bold as you hoped, you’re not alone.

If you’ve taken Avalanche Level 1, love being in the backcountry, and want to feel more confident making your own decisions, the SheJumps Alpine Development School (ADS) is designed for you.

Big terrain. Bigger growth.

📍 April 5–12, 2026 | British Columbia

ADS is a 7-day, lodge-based course for advanced backcountry skiers and splitboarders who are ready to move beyond following tracks and start leading with intention.

This course focuses on:

• Structured terrain management and progression

• Digital navigation and route planning

• Group communication and travel systems

• Decision-making frameworks for complex environments

Each day blends meaningful learning with full-value touring in the Selkirk Mountains. Instruction is led by experienced ACMG women guides who cultivate a supportive, collaborative learning environment.

This is not a guided ski trip.

This is a focused educational experience built around practice, reflection, and skill-building in real terrain.

A Week That Builds More Than Skills

Participants consistently describe the course as a place where confidence grows through experience and where group safety and group stoke matter just as much as individual performance.

You’ll spend your days moving through alpine terrain and your evenings sharing meals, debriefing decisions, and connecting with a small crew who are all working toward similar goals.

If you’ve felt stuck, hesitant, or ready for something more, this is a chance to change how the rest of your season feels.

There’s Still Time

Winter isn’t over yet. And neither is your opportunity to learn from it.

If you want to walk away from this season with stronger skills, clearer decision-making, and more confidence in the backcountry, Alpine Development School is your next step.

Only a few spots remain.
