Krystal Guerrero is a marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience leading impactful campaigns and storytelling strategies. She currently leads seasonal digital marketing campaigns—including back-to-school and holiday—for AT&T in Seattle. Her volunteer work has earned her the Cathy Coughlin Award for “being caught doing good,” particularly through her service on the Seattle Women’s Commission, where she champions reproductive healthcare, addresses gender-based violence, and advocates for affordable housing.

Krystal’s connection to SheJumps began during her time as interim marketing and communications manager. Since then, her love for the organization and its mission has only deepened. Krystal spends her free time hiking, scuba diving, skiing, and soaking in the wild beauty of the Pacific Northwest. As a board member, she hopes to amplify SheJumps’ visibility and support its long-term sustainability by bringing her strategic marketing skills to the table—and inviting more people into this vibrant, life-changing community.

Q: Why did you join SheJumps as a board member?

A:  I joined the board because I want to connect with more like-minded women and help expand opportunities for women and girls to experience the outdoors. Nature has such a powerful impact on confidence, health, and mental well-being, and I believe in building stronger communities by making those benefits more accessible.

Q: What do you hope to contribute to the SheJumps Board of Directors?

A:  I hope to bring my marketing and communications experience to support long-term sustainability and growth. I’m excited to help elevate SheJumps’ voice, increase donor engagement, and welcome more women and girls into this amazing community.

Q: What is your vision for SheJumps?

A:  My vision is for SheJumps to become a household name—synonymous with empowerment, adventure, and inspiration in the outdoors. When people think of fearless women and girls pushing boundaries outside, I want them to think of SheJumps.

Q: Who inspires you to go outside and why?

A: My friends and family! They turn every outing into an adventure—especially my husband, Phil, who’s always up for exploring something new.

Q: How has the outdoors benefited your health and overall physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing?

A: Being outside helps reset everything—body, mind, and spirit. Whether I’m moving my body or just breathing fresh air, I always feel more grounded and recharged after time outdoors. Even a short walk can work wonders.

Thanks, Krystal!
