What’s unique about skiing in your region?
The snow is soft and dreamy. There’s also so many vast areas to explore that are pretty easily accessible.
Where specifically do you prefer to ride and why?
Jackson Hole because there are tons of hidden gems and fun things to jump off of. It’s a mountain that can test you but also provide you with fun ski runs to let loose.
What is your favorite run/trail at your home mountain?
Mushroom Chutes
Favorite skis for your region? Why? (Pick up to 3 pairs of skis)
Black Crows Atris Birdie — they’re super playful, allow me to make quick turns on steep shoots and small areas, and they’re incredibly stable providing me with a good landing after jumping off cliffs!
Favorite outerwear — jacket and pants — for your region? Why?
Jacket – Marmot Dropway! It fits my torso and arm length perfectly, it’s super warm and has a million useful pockets.
Pants- Armada Lenox insulated pants. They’re a really nice style and fit. They’re also really warm and decently waterproof.
Favorite accessories for your region? Why?
Skida headbands for touring. Skida buffies. This brand makes really comfortable and cute gear that helps keep me warm!
Scott LCG goggles – they fit my face really well, they’re a bit larger so I don’t feel claustrophobic, the lens also are super easy to change out and can be popped open to vent without taking the whole piece off.
Secret(s) to thriving as a skier/snowboarder in your region?
Have fun with the sport, don’t push your limits to prove anything, and do it for the love of it 🙂

What’s unique about skiing in your region?
The Tetons are a limitless range with a spectrum of challenges for all ability levels. One day you can be skiing hip deep, 25 degree powder, and the next rapping into a 45 degree couloir. Even the most talented big mountain skier or ski mountaineer could spend a lifetime skiing in the park. It just takes some uphill conditioning and a little bit of determination!
Where specifically do you prefer to ride and why?
I love it all! Everything from steep, tight lines, to mellow pow runs to skinning across Jackson Lake. If you’ve never skinned across a frozen lake towards a jaw dropping mountain range, it’s one of the coolest things.
What is your favorite run/trail at your home mountain?
That’s a secret between me and my ski partners.
Favorite skis for your region? Why? (Pick up to 3 pairs of skis)
Sego UP Pros for powder days and Blizzard Zero G 95’s for longer days in the mountains. The Zero G has struck the perfect balance between light weight for the uphill and charging on the way down through any snowpack.
Favorite outerwear — jacket and pants — for your region? Why?
Anything lightweight, waterproof and slightly breathable. Recently I’ve been rocking the Rab Sharp Edge pants and jacket. I love the larger vents, stretchy material and waterproofness of it.
Favorite accessories for your region? Why?
Smith sunglasses with the ChromoPop lenses are awesome for skiing. Unlike most polarized lenses, they don’t mess with your depth perception. And they come in cute styles!
Secret(s) to thriving as a skier/snowboarder in your region?
If you want to ski in the Tetons, you’ve got to be willing to get up early, let go when conditions aren’t right and be patient. The snow might not be in the right conditions today, but it will be eventually. Good things come to those who wait.
