SheJumps is searching for a full-time National Program Manager to make a huge impact in the future of our organization. If you are impact-oriented, possess strong communication and organization skills, and have non-profit program management experience, preferably in the realm of outdoor education, we want to hear from you! A passion for uplifting and amplifying ALL women and girls as it relates to outdoor activities is also a must.

  • Excel working remotely and with volunteers

  • Have experience with program development and program management

  • Possess skills in administrative processes and various computer programs

Job description


The National Program Manager reports to the Executive Director and will play an integral role in the fulfillment of SheJumps' mission and vision. This individual will oversee program implementation (including driving communication and marketing efforts) and directly manage our regional volunteer team. The National Program Manager is responsible for achieving annual program goals in both revenue generation and participation. Essential responsibilities include ensuring program implementation across regions, leading and supporting regional volunteer teams, active participation and leadership in diversity and inclusion learning and initiatives, and relationship management with core program partners (including corporate partners). We aim to improve the accessibility of the outdoors through equitable inclusion of Black, Indigenous, Women of Color, and other under-represented identities who identify with the women’s community.
