Does this sound like you? Great, because SheJumps is recruiting our next class of Ambassadors!
No specific level of skill in any outdoor sport is required to apply, just a desire to help increase the participation of women and kids in outdoor activities. Our aim is to provide supportive and encouraging environments which will help people try new things and reach new heights.
The SheJumps Ambassador role carries is a six month term, with terms running seasonally from October 1-April 1 and April 1-October 1, respectively.
Ambassadors — the all-star volunteers who help drive SheJumps — report directly to the Regional Coordinators. Ambassadors have six months to accomplish a set number of regional assignments. Once selected, the Ambassadors work with their Regional Coordinators to plan their term within 6 weeks of accepting the position. Their assignments include hosting programming, fundraising, social media outreach, and writing web content.
Ambassadors will be afforded various perks during their tenure. Some of the benefits are SheJumps-branded apparel, access to pro-form discounts of outdoor brands in the industry, and product from SheJumps partners.
Once the Ambassador’s term is successfully completed, Ambassadors will have a review to assess whether an additional term or promotion might be in the cards.
