Our first PNW Puffy Night was a great success. Women were given the opportunity to meet and mingle with one another at our free event at The Woods Tasting Room (Two Beers Brewing and Seattle Cider Company). The Woods donated their mezzanine space for the event, which was cozy and inviting.
The Woods also gave us a number of free drink tickets, which we used to encourage women to fill out a short survey. We had 25 women fill out the survey, which provided us a refreshed insight into what our community hopes to gain from SheJumps. From the surveys, we learned more than a third of the women who attended the event were at their first SJ event! We had items for sale and gave out slips of papers with our upcoming events. Overall, we had an impressive array of colorful puffy jackets and lots of stoked outdoorsy women.
