Have you ever seen a beautiful mountain face with no bolts in sight but still had the urge to climb it? Join us for the SheJumps Red Rocks Intro to Trad Climbing and you’ll gain the knowledge and skill to begin scaling those pretty faces.
Trad climbing, or traditional rock climbing, is a style of rock climbing in which climbers set and remove protection (bolts, hexes, cams etc…) along a route as they climb. This allows climbers to access routes that do not have a top rope set up and are un-bolted for sport climbing.
The cost for the clinic is $150, with a portion being donated to SheJumps, and will include the itinerary below plus lunch and a SheJumps trucker hat.
To register and pay for this clinic please call: Red Rock Climbing Center at 702-506-6640. We encourage you to RSVP and invite your friends on Facebook HERE.
