At SheJumps, we believe outdoor play transforms. Behind every joyful, community-driven event is an incredible team of volunteers who make the magic happen. We’re excited to grow that impact by hiring a full-time Volunteer Manager to support and lead our expanding regional volunteer network.

This is a remote position and is open only to individuals who reside in Oregon, Utah, or Colorado.

Why This Role Matters

Volunteers are the heart of SheJumps. They host events, build community, and bring our mission to life. As part of our Strategic Plan, we’re elevating our volunteer program into a structured leadership development pathway—one that provides training, measurable growth, and a deeper sense of belonging.

The Volunteer Manager will:

  • Recruit, train, and support our amazing volunteers

  • Lead the rollout of our volunteer leadership curriculum

  • Manage systems like Eventbrite and Salesforce

  • Facilitate regular check-ins and volunteer networking opportunities

  • Co-lead our DEI Advisory Group and integrate equity into all volunteer programming

This role is perfect for someone with experience in volunteer or staff management, program development, and equity-centered leadership—especially if you're energized by spreadsheets, systems, and building community infrastructure.
