Ladies, awesome new event coming up in April you should check it out.
SheJumps Ski Mountaineering Course at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. This course is designed for the advanced skier/rider woman who wants to take it to the next level in the Colorado mountains. Students will receive an introduction to the techniques and mindset needed for true Colorado ski mountaineering. During the four day progression, the course cover fundamental mountaineering skills. To maximize learning and give each SheJumper as much one-on-one time with the guide/instructor as possible we keep this course small and limited the number to three participants.
Course location and chosen ski venues will be dependent on snow and avalanche conditions at the time of the course, but will be loosely based out of the Crested Butte, Colorado backcountry. Course participants are responsible for travel, personal gear, food, and lodging.

A detailed packing list will be provided upon registration.
Included: -A professional, certified backcountry ski guide -Knowledge of the route(s) you’ll be ascending and skiing/riding -Map, compass, and first aid kit -Rescue access, coordination, and response if necessary
