Meyers, CA – Look for SheJumps and Shine Riders at the 2nd annual Meyers Mountain Bike Festival Sunday August 10th is beautiful South Lake Tahoe. We will have a booth set-up with information on our womens mountain biking community, events, and team. Shine Riders will be hosting Beginner & Intermediate Skills Clinics for Women. The 35 mile Triple Crown ride leaves at 8am and around 3pm the festival will be bumping with great music, vendors, and tasty drinks. Meyers is a small community a few miles south of South Lake Tahoe and right in the middle of some amazing mountain bike trails, rock climbing, and backcountry skiing. A great location for all seasons of fun!

From the Meyers Mountain Bike Festival: “The Divided Sky is proud to announce the return of last summer’s very successful Meyers Mountain Bike Festival. We are excited to make this year’s event even bigger and better. The goal of the MMBF is to bring together the Lake Tahoe mountain biking community, to showcase the world class trails that Lake Tahoe has to offer, and to raise money for the Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association. As we speak, TAMBA is working in conjunction with the USFS and the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship to develop some of our favorite local trails, furthering Lake Tahoe’s credibility as a major mountain biking destination! This year’s event will again include a variety of activities and partners. We have multiple bands joining us, including Lazyman, The Mark Sexton Band, Sierra Drifters, and local favorite DJ Berkmon. Ninkasi Brewing will again host our giant beer garden. We will have a huge outdoor BBQ, The Kid’z Zone, Bike Demos, an amazing Raffle, and much, much more. And let’s not forget a morning full of shuttles to different trailheads and the now infamous Meyers Triple Crown, a fully pedal-powered tour of three of the South Shore’s best rides!Of course, attendance at this event is free of charge. All proceeds will
