Irena Lambrou – our awesome instructor: Irena began practicing yoga over 10 years ago. After receiving her RYT-200, she soon discovered and got certified in Stand-Up Paddle Yoga. It was simple: Yoga + Water = LOVE. Irena enjoys the outdoors, and spends as much of her free time outside as possible, so bridging the gap with yoga and the outdoors was a perfect fit for the long, sunny Bellingham summer days. Irena approaches yoga, both on the ground and on a board, with a sense of curiosity and playfulness.
