Hoback Sports in Jackson Hole was the perfect venue for a hands-on bike clinic where ladies were free to bring in their bikes and ask questions.
The night started off with a social time–an opportunity for biking girls to meet other biking girls. Then, the bike mechanics welcomed us into their shop where we listened to a presentation full of useful maintenance tips and even learned how to change a flat tire. Then, ladies were invited to bring their bikes bike to the shop. The mechanics teamed up with ladies and their bikes and got to work. Many girls had their questions answered and bike problems fixed.
From flat tires, to broken chains, to loud derailleurs, everyone walked away with valuable lessons and improvements to their bikes. There is a large female biking community in Jackson and participants said they would look forward to more events like this one in the future!
